Will police brutality decrease now that cops face criminal charges in Freddie Gray's death?

Baltimore's State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby announced that she is filing criminal charges against six police officers in the death of Freddie Gray. Her investigation and the medical examiner report led her to determine probable cause to call the case a homicide. Chargers against the officers include second degree "heart murder," manslaughter, and involuntary manslaughter.
