A performance art class University of California, San Diego, has recently been under the eye of scrutiny after one of the student’s mothers reported the professor, Ricardo Dominguez, of being a pervert. As a final assignment, the professor asks students to shed their clothes as a symbolism of emotional nakedness. According to students, the assignment is made known at the beginning of the course and alternate assignments are offered. Apparently, the alternate assignments are seldom needed, as student Lisa Korpos is quoted to say that “every single student came out of that class with a deep sense of empathy, understanding, and care for their fellow classmates” Do you think that such an assignment should be allowed?
